XIN CHAO PROJECT
New experience new fun
Hello beautiful people, we are Xin Chao Project. Xin Chao Project is implemented by staff and teachers at RMIT Vietnam. What sets this project apart is that it is the sole information gateway of its kind in RMIT Vietnam (and possibly RMIT Melbourne). It exists to improve new and existing employees' onboarding experiences in Vietnam. The project was developed to help brand-new visitors from nations who have never been to Vietnam understand more about the country in order to prevent them from being shocked and perplexed. Most of the target audience consists of new RMIT employees awaiting travel to Vietnam. They are curious about RMIT's involvement in Vietnam. The brand emphasizes friendliness and connection. In order to make it simple to establish new friends from a distance, the initiative seeks to create a warm, pleasant, and cheerful atmosphere.

How does it work:

Rationale:
Vietnam ranks 15th in the world and has the second-largest agricultural production in Southeast Asia. One of the most well-known and common fruits in Vietnam is the mango. To let people who are unfamiliar with this fruit know that it is simple to find such delectable food in Vietnam, I decided to design a logo in the style of a mango. This also serves as a small but interesting piece of knowledge about where to go. I also select warm tones like orange, yellow, and red as the dominant color. The color scheme is inspired by both the hue of the sunset and the Vietnamese flag. Using such fresh colors conveys optimism, joy, and hope for both the project and the audience. The lines are also simple and rounded to create a pleasant feeling for the viewer.
The typography used in the logo is Rockwell Font. The licensed typeface Rockwell Font comes in bold, extremely bold, and condensed weights. Such neat and clear handwriting will make it easy for viewers to read and not be too uncomfortable when viewing online.

THANK YOU!
